What should I do if I do not have a licence key?
You are required to have a licence key to activate the image quality check system. Please contact the Blueskeye AI support team to request a licence key.

It takes a while for the software to stop recording.
Muxing (combining multiple digital or analog signals into a single stream or container file) requires extra disk space and time to complete. The system should display the muxing progress and complete the process after a couple minutes. Please
do not close the software
until the process is complete.
